Bed & breakfast in Val Pusteria – Jägerstube & regional cuisine

The taste of the region

Good food begins with carefully selected ingredients. We only serve fresh, regional products, directly from the farm to us and from local butchers and producers in the surrounding area. The result is a cuisine that brings together sustainability, quality and authenticity, allowing you to experience the taste of South Tyrol in every bite.

Craftsmanship made of clay

Our ceramics are crafted by Stefanie’s brother, Alex Mair. In his small workshop he works alone, from the first step of the process to the finished piece. He works with materials from the Schlern area, which he shapes, glazes and fires himself. The result is ceramics that impress with their naturalness, durability and understated beauty.

Breakfast in South Tyrol – conscious, regional, authentic

Morning in the Pusteria valley begins entirely at your own pace – at the small table in your room, in the bay window overlooking the view, or relaxed in bed if you prefer a slower start. Our à la carte breakfast is served with regional, sustainably sourced produce from South Tyrol of the highest quality. Every bite and every sip brings you closer to natural flavours, served on handcrafted ceramics made from natural materials that reflect a connection to nature.

A place to come together

The Jägerstube reflects the spirit of times gone by, when people gathered and shared stories. Today this place belongs to you. Here you can sit together, have conversations or simply enjoy the moment with a glass of wine, an aperitif or a coffee. You are welcome to have your breakfast here if you don’t wish to have it in your room. On the village terrace, you can experience the charm of the Pusteria valley village life, with views of the family fountain and the sun on your face.
