General
- Adults only – ages 14 and up
- Rooms and suites are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.
- The prices indicated are per person and night including breakfast
- A local tourist tax of €3.50 per person (aged 14 and over) per night is levied and is payable on site.
- Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.
- All rooms can only be booked as single rooms by prior arrangement.
- The E-Bike rental costs €25.00 per bike per day.
- Dogs are welcome on request, we charge €20.00 per day excluding food.
- For the sake of the environment, we consciously do not provide slippers in our rooms. We therefore ask you to bring your own slippers. If needed, you can also purchase slippers at reception for a small additional fee.
Toldt loyalty bonus
Some encounters leave a lasting impression. What begins as a first stay becomes a familiar return. Even though we started as a new company, we want to value these special connections right from the beginning.
With every visit, memories deepen, as do our gratitude and joy at being chosen by you again. From your second stay onwards, we will give you a 3 % loyalty bonus, from the third 4 %, and from the sixth 6 %.
The Toldt loyalty bonus applies to stays of 3 nights or more and is our way of showing appreciation to everyone who keeps coming back to us.
Reservation conditions
A deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required upon booking and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit remains with the accommodation provider, depending on the respective cancellation policy. The remaining balance is to be paid directly on site at the accommodation.

Cancellation conditions
- If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked but unused days.
We recommend that you take out European travel insurance.
